At present, the regular users of Google have to wait until the third quarter of the year, till company launches the Pixel 2 smartphone. The company has already confirmed the launch by the end of 2017. Google’s senior VP, Hardware, Rick Osterloh, stated in his statement in an interview last week that the company is going to launch the successor in this year but the official date of launch is still not decided.  Is. As there is some time before the launch of Pixel 2, the rumors also indicate that there are going to be some improvements in the working of pixel 2 like Processor and Camera.

Rick Osterloh also confirmed that just like the previous versions Pixel and Pixel XL, this device will also stay as premium and will bear the relatively higher price. It will not be a budget smartphone. The previously launched phones ranged $650 and $800. It is expected that Pixel 2 will be more expensive. Pixel 2 will be priced at the almost same range like iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S8 and rumored to be higher as well, as compared to other phones.

The experts say that Google does not have to make major changes in the improvement of its Pixel only to compete with Samsung Galaxy S8 and iPhone 8 this year. Rather the company should focus on slimming down the pixels at the top and the bottom pixels. It should also concentrate on the stock supply chains as the last year launched phones are still out of reach of users because of the stock shortage.

Experts also state that manufacturing best smartphones are as important as making them available to the users. There is no benefit in spending a huge amount of money on advertising if people cannot have them.

The last year launched phones by Google lacked few features like water resistant, dust resistant, wireless charging, image stabilization and stereo speakers, it is expected that successor will carry all these features.

The Pixel and Pixel 2 smartphones carry most of the features according to the demand of the industry. They had 4 GB RAM, OLED display screen, Gorilla glass protection, 5.0 and 5.5 inches screen, 32 and 128 GB internal storage capacity which can be further extended with the help of micro SD card.

Pixel also has additional pre-loaded apps like Google Assistant, Google answer and Cortana of the world. Wherein Google assistant is used to open apps, play music, sending and accepting text messages, post or tweet etc. These smartphones come with the Pixel launcher which is only available in the Google’s Pixel smartphones.

For now, Google is all set to launch its premium Pixel 2 smartphone, the users have great expectations from it, it is suggested to a user that company brings the device up to the mark.
